Bill is a semi-retired home building contractor currently working on small impact jobs primarily for friends and family. His passion is making custom furniture and working on small special projects for his clients.
Alder Residence
Gates Mills , Ohio
The Alder’s hired me to remodel their dilapidated barn. That successful project led to a new laundry room and a large three season porch. Parts of the kitchen and family room were added to the remodeling project as well to update the style and aesthetic to match the new additions.
Campbell Residence
Hunting Valley, Ohio
My work at the Campbell residence involved most of the family’s living space over a period of several years including remodeling the kitchen, library, carriage house and English gardens. The Campbell Residence was constructed in 1848 so our goal was to fit the character of the old historic home.
Novak Residence
Brecksville, Ohio
A simple kitchen remodel turned into a whole house upgrade including the family room, wine bar, wine cellar, basement, master bathroom and master bedroom. A few years after completion of the projects, Bill built them a new custom home in Bay Village, Ohio on Lake Erie. See photos below of the project.
